Transputec supports HAVEN/MBCF with donation to the Medical Camp

London, UK, 26 April, 2013 - UK based charity HAVEN has just announced that they completed the treatment of all their referrals from the January 2013 medical camps. These include two open heart surgeries at the Ananda Lok Hospital by the renowned Heart Surgeon Dr Tapas Roychoudhury and also six other surgeries mainly for women.

HAVEN values Transputec’s continued support for the community centre in rural India: “Please convey our sincere thanks to the Transputec Team for their generous donation to the Medical Camp.” Said Sushovan Ghosh, Managing Trustee, HAVEN.

Team Transputec collectively raise £4k as they Walk for Heart and Stroke
 

London, 18 October, 2012 - Transputec staff and family members attended the Heart and Stroke Research Campaign (HSRC) Walk for Heart and Stroke earlier this month and helped raise more than £12,000 for research at the Northwick Park Institute for Medical Research (NPIMR). Transputec was the largest group present and contributed £4,000 in sponsorship towards the centre for Investigational Proteomics – and aim to take that tally up to £4,500 with online donations and sponsorships through their Virgin MoneyGiving Charity Page.

London, UK, 12 July, 2012 - The Northwick Park Institute for Medical Research (NPIMR) held their annual charity fundraising dinner for the Heart and Stroke Research Campaign at The House of Commons, Member’s Dining Room on Friday 29th June 2012.
The event was a success with 164 attendees, including honoured guests The Rt Hon Dominic Grieve, QC MP and NPIMR director Professor Shervanthi Homer-Vanniasinkam, as well as representatives from Transputec PLC and Heart and Stroke Research Campaign Golden Heart member Rickie Sehgal.
