Role Description | The Senior Solutions Architect works with the Pre-Sales technical team and Bid Lead to provide high level pre sales infrastructure design work which may lead on to more detailed solutions being architected. Service Desk Analyst - Overseas
Role Description | To provide initial point of contact and support to customers, assisting them with IT hardware and software problems via phone, email or remote assistance. To provide technical support; answering support queries via phone, email & self service. To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries, adhering to all service management principles (Incident Management Process). To take ownership of user Incidents and be proactive when dealing with user issues. To log all calls on the Service Desk toolset. To capture accurate and truthful information from users on all incidents & requests, ensuring CI relationships are highlighted (Asset Management). Respond to requests from users and help them resolve hardware or software requirements. Support users in the use of IT equipment by providing necessary guidance and advice. Security Analyst
Role Description | The successful candidate will be delivering critical information to our customers about issues affecting their networks and infrastructure. Not be confused with a traditional Security Operations Centre (SOC) role, this will involve a large amount of learning about networks, infrastructure, applications and security; applying this knowledge along with our unique monitoring technology and tools to identify threat actors who have breached the network as well as any vulnerabilities that could be used in the future. Once new vulnerabilities or attacks are detected, the candidate is expected to work with our customers to triage and help mitigate the issues. On an average day, the candidate would respond and investigate alerts generated by our technology deployments and work with our development team to improve the effectiveness of multiple Security software we use. |
