We are on a lookout for a highly competitive and trustworthy Sales & Marketing Executive to help us build and scale up our business activities. The Sales & Marketing Executive job responsibilities majorly include discovering and tracking new sales prospects, increasing customer engagement, and managing customer queries efficiently to increase customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills, are adapted to digital tools and know the art of effectively demonstrating services and products through different social media platforms, we would like to meet you. In short, you will help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Build strong & long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers/clients

• Day to day sales activity to form new partnerships and drive customer acquisition

• Be a brand ambassador for the business and it’s influencer marketing offering

• Maintain long-lasting relationships with brands, influencers

• Stay on top of industry developments and share insights with the wider team that may affect the business or talent

• Generate new business leads and drive new revenue opportunities

• Remain focused on increasing audience/reach and increasing revenue for the agency

• Play a central role in supporting the strategy to scale the commercial organization through driving new revenue opportunities

• Engage in conversations online, increase visibility and interest

Communicate and negotiate with relevant suppliers and stakeholders.

 Ideally, you will have at least 2 years of sales in an outbound sales environment.
