The Overview
Transputec partnered with Amber Infrastructure to modernise its end-user computing (EUC) environment, delivering a cloud-native device management solution through Windows 11 Migration & Intune Rollout using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Windows 11. The project standardised identity and device management across Entra ID, Active Directory, and Intune, eliminated hybrid complexity, and enabled seamless remote and on-site device provisioning ahead of the Windows 10 end-of-support deadline.

The Challenge
Our Approach
Transputec delivered a phased, low-risk approach to modernise device management and enable a smooth Windows 11 rollout. After discovery and remediation, environments were standardised, Autopilot was implemented, and devices were tested and deployed globally with onsite, remote, and early-life support.
The Outcome
The project modernised Amber’s EUC, resolving device inconsistencies and creating a Windows 11-ready, cloud-native environment. Autopilot enabled fast onboarding, improved manageability, reduced manual effort, and established a scalable, future-ready foundation.
