The City of London Law Society is one of the largest local Law Societies in the United Kingdom. There are 30,000 solicitors practising in the Square Mile, who make the 20% of the profession in England and Wales. The City of London Law Society is the professional representative body for solicitors and law firms in the City.
The Challenge
Over the years, City Solicitors needed a technology partner that will help them through the journey of creating, hosting, and maintaining a website that will be used by all its members as well as the general public as a source of information and knowledge. During this long partnership City of London Law Society faced several challenges related to their website and the continuously changing requirements and IT environment. These challenges included changing staff members, evolving technology, content migration, upgrading to a modern content management system (CMS), maintaining and optimising the website, and enhancing its visibility through SEO.
