I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to complete my internship at Transputec, working within
the Crises Control team. From day one, I was welcomed into a supportive and collaborative
environment that encouraged learning, initiative, and real contribution.
During my time here, I was involved in testing the Crises Control mobile application, where I
assessed its functionality and ease of use from a customer perspective. I also worked on improving
product documentation, including contributing to the internal wiki and translating user guides into
Arabic and Turkish to support international users.
What stood out most was the trust and responsibility given to interns. I was able to work hands-on
with the platform, provide feedback, and see how my input influenced real improvements. This
experience not only strengthened my technical and analytical skills but also gave me insight into
how agile product teams operate in a high-stakes environment focused on business continuity and
emergency response.
I want to thank everyone at Transputec and Crises Control for their guidance and for creating such a
positive and meaningful learning experience. I leave this internship feeling more confident,
knowledgeable, and inspired to continue growing in the tech industry.
