We’re building custom AI and automation systems for enterprise clients and we need a resourceful builder who can help us go faster. This isn’t just a dev job. It’s a role for someone who loves solving problems, diving into docs, testing webhooks, stitching tools together, and creating elegant systems that actually move the needle for real businesses.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build smart, AI-powered workflows using tools like Make.com and n8n
- Develop custom voice agents using platforms like Retell AI and Vapi, connecting them with CRMs, schedulers, payment tools, and more
- Extend automations with custom code in JavaScript, Node.js, and Python
- Handle APIs like a pro-auth flows, webhooks, data cleaning, and integrations are your playground
- (Bonus) Build clean front-end interfaces using React, Next.js, or similar to make back-end systems user-friendly
- Tackle complex logic, create reusable modules, and make messy workflows simple
- Keep learning. You’ll often be the first person trying something whether it’s a new voice AI SDK, a new API, or a creative automation stack
Who We’re Looking For
- You’ve built complex workflows in Make.com, n8n, or similar tools
- You’re confident in JavaScript, Node.js, and Python
- You’ve worked with APIs, know how to troubleshoot auth issues, and don’t need handholding to figure things out
- You’ve built (or want to build) voice agents using Retell, Vapi, or similar bonus if you’ve shipped one already
- You enjoy turning ideas into working systems, fast
- You’re proactive if you hit a roadblock, you Google, test, iterate, and solve it
- You love building with purpose, not just code for code’s sake
- Using AI daily is in your DNA
Bonus Points If You…
- Have experience with CRMs and you’ve built dozens of automations before + voice AI Agents
- Know how to design simple, beautiful UIs for dashboards or automations
- Are comfortable on async teams and can document what you build clearly
