Together, they manage a large and diverse IT environment supporting clergy, school staff, and administrators across hundreds of locations, all relying on secure, reliable, and compliant technology to perform their work effectively.
The Challenge
The Consortium faced Windows 10 end-of-support risks, potential security vulnerabilities, and compliance issues, requiring a complex Windows 11 upgrade and Azure AD transition with minimal disruption and full operational continuity across all dioceses.
Our Approach
Transputec implemented a user-driven Windows 11 upgrade using Autopilot, Entra-joined profiles, and Intune policies, completing deployment within a week with remote support, thorough testing, and seamless device configuration across all dioceses.
The Outcome
Despite the compressed schedule, Transputec successfully completed the Windows 11 migration within a week, upgrading 211 devices across all dioceses with minimal disruption. The project ensured full compliance with Microsoft’s deadline while enhancing security, stability, and management efficiency. The dioceses now benefit from a modern, secure, and user-friendly IT environment that supports future growth and updates.
