The Overview
Incisive Business Media, part of the ARC Group, partnered with Transputec to deliver a structured Windows 10 to Windows 11 Intune upgrade ahead of Microsoft’s October 2025 end-of-support deadline. Operating across the UK and Europe with a mixed Windows and Mac estate, the organisation required a modern, secure and scalable approach to Windows device management without undertaking a costly hardware refresh. Transputec designed and implemented a full Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot framework, securely integrating OKTA identity services and enabling a smooth, low-disruption transition to Windows 11. The result is a centrally managed, future-ready endpoint environment that significantly reduces security risk and supports long-term operational resilience.

The Customer
Incisive Business Media, part of the ARC Group, modernised its Windows estate by upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11 via Intune, replacing legacy management to improve security, visibility and control ahead of Windows 10’s end‑of‑support in October 2025.
The Challenge
Our Approach
Transputec delivered a secure, scalable Windows 11 Intune deployment for Incisive, building full device management with Autopilot, compliance policies and security baselines. OKTA was integrated via conditional access, apps were standardised, and the solution was tested, piloted and handed over with early‑life support and knowledge transfer.
The Outcome
The Windows 10 to Windows 11 Intune upgrade gave Incisive a secure, centrally managed Windows 11 estate with full visibility, control, and compliance; reduced risk ahead of end‑of‑support; and a scalable Autopilot model that minimised disruption and enabled efficient future growth.
