1. Why did you choose to work at Transputec?

I chose Transputec because I wanted real experience in the IT field, and since it’s an award-winning IT company, I thought it would be a good place to learn and grow. I also liked the company’s core values and felt like they matched my own, so it felt like a good fit for me.

2. Do you feel you are valued and supported in the company?

Yes, the team has been approachable and willing to help whenever I needed guidance. I have learned a lot from working closely with experienced people across different projects

3. Can you talk about your experience working for Transputec, and what work you get involved in. What team members you have interacted with and areas of business.

I have been able to work on a variety of projects across different areas of Crises Control. I started with manual testing on the Crises Control platform, but over time I became involved in AI-related projects, onboarding systems, backend development, and automation testing. I have worked closely with experienced team members and other interns, which has helped me improve both my technical and communication skills while understanding how professional teams collaborate

4. What is one thing that surprised you about Transputec once you joined?

I was surprised by how much responsibility interns are given and how involved we are in projects from early on.

5. Do you have any advice for future interns?

Don’t be afraid to fail and make mistakes as long as you take them as a learning experience. Also communication is very important in working as a team, so make sure to ask questions and articulate your thoughts clearly
