I chose Transputec to gain real-world experience in the IT industry, and its reputation as an award-winning company made it an excellent place to learn and develop my skills. I was also drawn to the company’s core values, which aligned closely with my own, making it feel like the right environment for me.
Since joining, I have felt supported and valued by a team that is always approachable and ready to help whenever I need guidance. Working alongside experienced professionals across different projects has been a great learning experience and has helped me grow both personally and professionally.
During my time at Transputec, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across different areas of Crises Control. I began with manual testing on the Crises Control platform, and over time, I became involved in AI-related projects, onboarding systems, backend development, and automation testing. Collaborating with experienced team members and other interns has strengthened my technical and communication skills and given me a better understanding of how teams work together in a professional setting.
One thing that really surprised me after joining was how much responsibility interns are given and how early we are included in meaningful projects. That level of trust has been a great motivator and has encouraged me to take on new challenges with confidence.
My advice for future interns is not to be afraid of making mistakes, as long as you use them as opportunities to learn. Good communication is also essential when working in a team, so always ask questions and make sure you express your ideas clearly.
