Following on from our hat trick of nominations in the PCR Awards 2018, Transputec has now scored with a brace of nominations in two different awards, both of which are based on our reputation as a great place to work.
The first nomination is in the CRN 2018 Sales and Marketing Awards in the Category of Best Reseller Company to Work for, sub £50m turnover.
The second nomination is in the Computing Digital Technology Leaders Awards 2018 in the Category of Best Place to Work in Digital, SMEs.
One of the biggest challenges for technology companies in recent years has been to recruit and retain quality staff. The superstars who can win new business and keep clients delighted with the quality of service that we provide to them.
Transputec has always recognised this as a challenge and has always treated its employees as vital ingredients in its success. We have a number of initiatives to promote employee development and retention.
These initiatives include our in-house learning platform, the Transputec Academy, our Employee Rewards and Recognition Scheme and our charity work with Haven, to improve digital literacy in rural India.
Our goal is to encourage and reward learning and to help our “Stars” share their knowledge and create more “Stars”. Training is an investment in our people to be fully conversant in technology, ensuring a company that can deliver tangible benefits for customers.
These nominations are based on recognition by customers and the industry of the culture of our company and the outstanding customer support that our staff provide to them, and I want to thank our fantastic staff for the massive part that they pay in this success.
