During my internship with Transputec’s HR team, I had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and day-to-day HR operations within an international and fast-paced environment. From the beginning, I was entrusted with meaningful responsibilities that allowed me to grow both professionally and personally.
My role involved screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating recruitment processes, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, and maintaining communication with applicants throughout the hiring journey. I also supported administrative tasks, prepared reports, and assisted in ensuring smooth HR operations. These experiences strengthened my organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills while giving me a deeper understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
One of the most rewarding aspects of the internship was collaborating with managers and candidates from different countries and backgrounds. Managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously taught me the importance of adaptability, attention to detail, and effective time management.
Overall, my internship at Transputec was an incredibly valuable experience that reinforced my passion for Human Resources and talent development. I am grateful for the support and trust placed in me by the team, and I look forward to applying the skills and knowledge I gained as I pursue a career in global HR.
