I applied for my internship through The Intern Group, where I was matched with Transputec based on my background and career interests. From the very beginning, the recruitment and onboarding process was smooth, and I was excited by the opportunity to gain international business experience with a company that works across a wide range of technologies and industries.
Since joining Transputec as a business development and marketing intern, I have felt genuinely valued and supported. My manager and the rest of the team have been welcoming, approachable, and always willing to answer questions or provide guidance whenever I needed it. Even as an intern, I was trusted with meaningful responsibilities, which gave me the confidence to develop my skills and contribute to the team.
Throughout my internship, I have been involved in content creation, SEO and AEO research, and supporting business development through outreach initiatives. Working closely with members of the marketing team has given me valuable insight into how sales, marketing, and client engagement work together. Every task has been an opportunity to learn something new, and I’ve appreciated being exposed to different areas of the business.
One thing that surprised me most after joining Transputec was how collaborative the company culture is. Despite being an established global technology company, everyone has been approachable and willing to share their knowledge. There is a genuine focus on learning and professional development, making it easy to ask questions and take on tasks that were completely new to me.
If I had to describe Transputec in one word, it would be supportive. From day one, I have felt encouraged to learn and surrounded by people who genuinely want to help others succeed. My experience has strengthened both my professional skills and my confidence, and I am grateful for everything I have learned during my time with the company.
