Role Description
You will be responsible for leading the transformation and continued development for the company website, playing an integral part the web design projects by creating beautiful interfaces that enhance our prospect/users’ digital experiences. You will help drive the performance of our web and advertising user journeys while supporting the evolution of our web brand style guides and design principles.

Responsibilities

  • Optimising, creating and managing web assets
  • Create Inspirational digital experiences for digital platforms, company website and email
  • Drive and encourage big ideas and innovative design approaches and processes
  • Leverage UX, creative, technology, user experience trends to drive innovation through the website
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
  • Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy
  • Drive the entire end to end creative process through ideation, concepts, Prototyping, Final Design Visuals, Design /Graphical Toolkits.
  • Develop ‘always on’ digital guidelines, templates and best practice and ensure these are adhered to.
  • Ensure that user journeys across mobile and desktop products are responsive and adaptive and meet the needs of the business through UX project work.
  • Serve as the go-between product development and creative – ensuring product imaging, branding and look and feel are consistent and up to date for Advanced offerings.
  • To be an enthusiastic brand advocate/ambassador working with all departments to ensure a consistent application of the brand
  • Testing and improving the design of the website.
  • Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
  • Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Good understanding of content management systems.
  • Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
  • Excellent visual design skills.
  • Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
