Main duties for this role will include:
- Be a point of reference and contact for the Service Delivery regarding tasks and works in progress.
- Produce reports from Excel and other sources of data.
- Respond to communications and store/search for data/information to maintain the efficient operation of the team.
- Update, support and maintain administration processes and records as directed, accurately and timely.
- Maintain designated records and actively contributing to any compliance requirements.
- Actively support service provision for the team including liaising with the wider Service Delivery Team.
- Maintaining and update spreadsheets for administration and billing purposes.
The successful Service Delivery Coordinator will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Min 1 year experience in an admin/coordinator role
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail
- Effective co-ordination skills – able to prioritise and execute competing activities
- Good communication skills – ability to clearly communicate confidently both verbally and in writing with clients.
- Good interpersonal skills – ability to liaise with personnel and clients at all levels and adapt style accordingly. Ability to work within a team environment
- Planning and Organisation: Applies a resourceful, structured, and methodical approach to work, using time management skills and prioritising
- Good knowledge of information technology
- Ability to quickly learn and implement new concepts, technologies, and processes
- Need to be adaptable, dependable, and flexible, understanding the need for the team to be customer focussed on its operation, communication, and delivery of service.
- You need to be able to operate independently
- You should have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a similar operational setting.
- You will have excellent customer service and good skills using Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure especially during peak period with strict deadlines
- Effectively managing all stakeholders including suppliers
