Transputec is currently recruiting an Onsite IT Support to join our team to provide exceptional IT support and solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Service Desk Manager
  • Support onsite customers with onsite hardware/software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Utilise Office 365 applications and SharePoint and perform Active Directory administration tasks.
  • Escalate matters to the Team Leader/Service Delivery Manager as required.
  • Work with DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, switches, routers etc.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in a similar IT support role is essential.
  • Previous experience using Microsoft applications such as O365, Active Directory, and SharePoint and OS like Win 10/11.
  • Have a solid understanding of hardware/software installations.
  • Understanding of networking infrastructure such as DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, Cisco, etc., desirable.
  • Knowledge of ITSM ticketing tools system beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills on all levels.
