Transputec Service COVID-19
"At Transputec, we are doing all we can to guarantee the wellbeing of our staff and partners, whilst ensuring that we continue to provide the high level of service that you, our clients, expect."
Sonny Sehgal, CEO
Following the rapid increase of COVID-19 diagnoses in London and while the containment measures by the Government are in place, we have taken the decision to close our London office and will be asking staff to work from home.
We will be operating all services and all account management and service delivery teams will work as normal, just from home. We already have a strong home working culture and technology in place to support this.
In view of these circumstances, we will not host client meetings at any of our offices until further notice.
We suggest these take place over telephone, audio conference or video conference, if possible.
Over the past few weeks, we have been working hard to ensure that our business continuity plan minimises the impact on our ability to deliver.
The only disruptions we foresee are listed below:
- In the short term, we will not be able to communicate via post. Please email any correspondence to the respective person.
- Deliveries into our warehouse will be affected and we are encouraging all suppliers not to send goods to us until further notice.
- We understand the frustrations and challenges that the coronavirus outbreak poses so please do reach out to our account Management team, or your service delivery managers with any questions. Our teams are working hard to provide answers and solutions to challenges that arise in these circumstances.
- We are well equipped to continue serving our clients now and in the brighter times that, we hope, are a matter of weeks away.
- As always, your loyalty and the trust you place in us is never taken for granted. Our working arrangements might alter with incoming news for a few weeks, but our commitment to providing the service you need remains constant.
Please continue to take good care of yourselves and your families.

Transputec Service Reliability and COVID-19
"As a services company, Transputec is well-prepared to continue providing the services you depend on, as organisations, including ours, adjust to working during the spread of the coronavirus, also referred to as COVID-19."
Sonny Sehgal, CEO
Our customers around the world depend on Transputec for IT services, infrastructure, security solutions and peace of mind. I’m writing to let you know how Transputec is strategically prepared to deal with the impact of the Coronavirus, COVID-19. We have put in place measures to ensure our people and our organisation stay protected to allow us to continue delivering award-winning services. We understand that these are challenging times for our customers and their people; therefore, we are committed to working day and night to support our customers.
Health and Safety
Transputec’s priority is to protect the health and well-being of our employees and support our customers.
Along those lines, we have implemented good practices and policies, including replacing business travel and in-person meetings with video conferencing, as well as increasing work flexibility for all employees to be able to manage the personal and operational challenges faced due to COVID-19.
Our workforce resilience
We have a global team that is geographically independent, with technology and real-time collaboration tools that support business continuity.
Currently our operations are not being impacted. If one of our operation centres is impacted, we can continue to provide support from many other locations. In addition, our employees, regardless of where they are based, have the appropriate and necessary technology to work remotely.
As most of our employees’ transition to working from home to limit their potential for exposure to COVID-19, our development, sales, customer support and other operational teams and systems are continuing to work together to meet our standard of service.
Our people understand that our customers depend on us every day to support them and we all remain fully committed to doing so whether we are working from home or in the office. We are also maximising our efforts to maintain a safe environment by ensuring all of our people follow government guidelines for health and safety in these challenging times.

Infrastructure resilience and reliability
We are actively working with our suppliers to minimise any disruption in our product supply as a result of COVID-19.
We do not anticipate any extended delivery times or product constraints at this time. However, we will continue to monitor the situation closely and will provide accurate lead times and product availability at the time of receiving orders.
Our workforce is spread across four continents to ensure the 24×7 business operations run as seamless as possible.
We employ a range of capabilities that make our business largely independent of our physical working location.
We are uniquely proud to use Crises Control (our sister company) for crisis management and business continuity. Further information can be found at the following link: www.crises-control.com.
Where customers require additional support and assistance in helping their staff become remote working enabled, Transputec can provide the service and the security framework to ensure your workforce are productive without compromising security and GDPR obligations.
We will continue to provide updates as and when the situation changes.
