Providing quality, end to end managed services to customers
At Transputec we strive to provide tailored services for our customers, supporting them to achieve their digital vision and strategy, enabling them to drive their business forward.
As an end to end managed service provider, we aim to add value to our customers by providing them with any IT service they require, scaling up and down, following changes in their own business.
Our submission to the Cloud Excellence Awards was based around our projects with three of our customers: The Woodland Trust, the Diocesan IT Consortium, and Hobbycraft.
We are particularly proud of the work we have done in supporting The Woodland Trust with key changes to their IT infrastructure, including moving their operations to the cloud, and implementing the IT equipment and solutions they needed to improve their collaboration and communication tools in order to support their new agile way of working.
As part of the project, we supported the Trust with their implementation of Exchange Online, simplifying their infrastructure, and removing the risks associated with running older versions of Exchange. By moving to Exchange Online, the Woodland Trust now have a consistent and reliable email experience for all employees, and are confident that the platform will take them into the future.
