Transputec Academy stairsTransputec has provided a range of technology to a remote village in India to boost the tech capabilities of the children living in the rural outpost.

The village is in West Bengal and products including laptops, tablets, PCs and software applications have been given to children who have no access to a village school.

Transputec awarded Government’s Technology Services 2 supplier status

Transputec is proud to announce that it has been awarded supplier status for the government’s new multibillion Technology Services 2 (TS2) Framework by the UK’s Crown Commercial Service (CCS). This success underlines Transputec’s commitment to public sector organisations who will be able to commission a range of Transputec’s bespoke technology services through this framework.

Research commissioned by Transputec from the well respected Business Continuity Institute into the causes of, and responses to, the growing threat of cyber attack has found that the growing trend of social engineering attacks is the single top cause of cyber incidents. The research is based on a survey of 369 business continuity professionals from right across the globe and it confirms what many people have already suspected about the changing nature of the cyber threat and the way that cyber criminals are finding their way past corporate perimeter security.

Crises Control is Most Innovative BC Product of the Year

Crises Control, the mass notification, multi-channel, business continuity platform and crisis response solution, has been nominated as the Most innovative Product of the Year in the prestigious CIR Business Continuity Awards 2016. Built in 2014 by a tech company for their own clients, Crises Control was so successful that Transputec took its development up a level, adding to its user experience and incorporating a number of features unique in the field, before launching it on the open market.

London based IT solutions and services provider Transputec has opened a new office in Israel to take advantage of that country’s status as a global centre of cyber-security expertise and further develop its own innovative cyber-security practice.
