Transputec has recently selected Auvik as a partner to facilitate proactive monitoring and optimisation of our client’s systems and networks.
Auvik makes cloud-based software that simplifies and automates network monitoring and management. This enables our Managed Services teams to efficiently and actively manage entire network infrastructures, including physical servers, data centres, workstations and more.

We’ve implemented Auvik most recently with some of our full managed service clients, using the software to proactively manage their network and to trouble shoot capacity and availability issues, thereby reducing network unavailability and problem diagnosis times. Designed to be up and running as quickly as possible, implementation is also typically in hours rather than days.
Whilst evaluating a lot of RMM tools, we turned to Auvik to complement our portfolio of best of breed solutions due to its balance of functionality, MSP focus, cloud based agentless architecture, and speed of deployment. This has allowed us to offer enhanced monitoring and reporting to our service catalogue, giving more visibility to our delivery teams as well as the customer. With its integration to our core ITSM product, this ensures a fully integrated seamless service and customer experience.
