How did we do?

As an important and valued customer, I would appreciate your help in gaining information that will help me understand what our customers think about us and thus determine improvements to make in 2016.

Last year we embarked on a major program of activity to improve service & value, one of which included investment in our Academy which promotes learning & growth of all our people, aligning them with the values of our company. I am pleased to say 2015 was a very successful year with record growth for the company. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your business.

We realise we operate in a competitive environment where service & value are at the forefront of our customers' needs. The strategy for 2016 is to provide a superior service, exceed our customers' expectations and promote self-improvement.

This surveys are an essential component of our 2015-16 strategy to be “customer centric” and this requires a clear understanding of what our customers think about us and our service. We appreciate your business and want to make sure we exceed your expectations in 2016.

These surveys contain about 10 questions and should take approximately 5 minutes of your time.
