We have successfully delivered projects and services on behalf of our customers for over 25 years. We live and die by our success in this area – you usually only get one chance with a customer… mess up the delivery of a key project or fail to deliver a service and the chances are you will lose that customer.

Because of this, we have had to become highly skilled in Project Management and Service Management. This means more than just understanding the best practices laid out in PRINCE2 and ITIL. It means that our Project and Service Management professionals must be able to apply the best practices in ways which reliably and consistently get results.

All too often we encounter Project or Service Managers who have the badges, but don’t really have enough project or service delivery experience to be able to manage their way through the major issues that arise during delivery… that’s the stuff that the text books and courses can’t teach you.

We are firm believers in the ITIL and PRINCE2 best practice frameworks for Service Management and Project Management respectively.
