Our Cloud Backup service is so simple. We upload your data to our secure data centre as an initial backup over the Internet - if your data volume is very large, we may choose to physically collect the data so as to speed up the initial backup.

We work with you to configure each backup job - showing you how to do this so that you can make changes and set up your own jobs in the future.

We then give you access to the Cloud Backup management console via the internet. This allows you to securely monitor the backups and, if there are any problems or changes needed, so do this remotely over the web. This way you can run the service however you like, from wherever you like.

You can backup any type of data file or database, including Lotus Notes and Microsoft Exchange. You can restore anything from a single file or mailbox to a full restore of your estate in the event of a disaster. It really is that simple.

How to Backup to the Cloud securely?
