Capabilities
All our teams are fully qualified Microsoft specialists with multiple accreditations and have
the ability to provide support to many "off the shelf applications" as well as first and second
level of support on "bespoke" applications with some level of handover training from the
client.
Areas of expertise
All Microsoft technologies, including all .net development ( SQL , vb ) , c++, java, and web
sphere. Linux support is also provided where required.
Examples
Our most common Application Management scenario is providing support to clients who have
developed their own internal applications but wish to receive a managed support service. This
releases their internal development teams to concentrate on the creation of new applications or
improvements to existing applications.
We also provide development services (detailed below) which enable Transputec to develop and
maintain applications on behalf of a customer.
Support scenarios offered
- Token based - purchase a number of incident tokens upfront and call off during the year.
- Yearly support contract with fixed SLA.
- Ad-hoc service, where we are called upon randomly to fix issues or provide support (No
SLA).
