We supply full pre-repair quotations for non-warranty items and will keep you informed
throughout the process. We offer either board or component level repair for equipment that is out
of warranty.

Software Problems
Often it is the software rather than the hardware that is the problem. As most warranties do not
cover software we can assess and identify the problem and either route hardware to the appropriate
repair channel or quote for a software fix.
